Sia has a whole folder of breaks that I cut up into pieces. She kind of freestyles words, sometimes you don't understand her mumbliness. So she's always going to be 16 bars chorus and the 16 bars verses. And if you give her that, you're going to have a better chance of getting a great hook out of her.
