Is Apple PR Really Having a Good Week?

I feel like it was, I kind of feel like maybe Apple PR got caught by surprise over this. Like it feels like a business decision that was made in a department that possibly doesn't even talk to the App Store team. And overall, it kind of feels like Apple is not really having a good week. No, they aren't. It's one of those weird things where multiple teams that Apple do not necessarily communicate well with each other.
