Using Python, You Can Write Python Programming Languages That Work
Parsa code isn't actually even written by a human being. It's so that there is a trunk of code called a parse. You feed it this string of bites of characters, and it spits out something called an abstract syntax tree. This is a hierarchical tree of objects that represent the code that was ingested. So you can write functions that will walk over this tree.
