CEOs need to be authentic in the workplace and what that can do for your teams and organizations. At Medtronic you have to speak out on health care here in Minneapolis Every CEO had to take a stand and actually have a plan to do something after George Floyd was murdered. So I think it's important for CEOs to let everyone know that they really care about people and actually take a stand on important issues Again, you can't take it stand on everything.
