Is Shejin Ping Really Important?

i wanted to ask if i got you right, am i understanding your kind of general beef correctly? And what do you think would be a more realistic way that external observers such as myself should be thinking about how important or not shijin ping is. At the same time, i do not wish to say that seping doesn't matter at all. I always make the joke in class that, you know, hashtak, china is big, and you cannot reduce china to one person,. which is, obviously, everybody knows this, right?
