The Supreme Court's 2017 Tax Reform

The Supreme Court has decided to weight into that was in tax reform. It was a provision called the mandatory repatriation tax. The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act changed the rules going forward for taxation on US citizens who own shares in foreign corporations.
