Is It a Red Flag?

I would say in 90% of cases it's a red flag. I mean, you either didn't need the money, right? Why did you raise it in dilute existing shareholders? Or if you do need themoney, don't buy your own shares back. My only point was, I think you have to be very confident that the balance sheet can handle that and that you are confident of your future value creation. Because it might not be that future might not play out as you expect it to do.
