"Your mind is literally a supercomputer and when you have negative self-talk you are constantly programming it to think like that so one thing leads to another," says Lexi. "I noticed that also when I was on my trip and I was going through these emotions I just kept saying like oh I'm so bad I'm the worst", she adds. If you're really really sad right now don't keep talking about how you're sad be sad and then let it go,Lexi advises.
