Trying to strike that balance of confidence and enthusiasm, but also humility, is pretty te ah. A great advice i got as a s toryou was that for the first six months, you know, it's even a year, practise safely, but try to adapt eit to the way your new home does things. Another really component, especially, i would argue, unique anastesa from an interpersonal standpoint, is being able to be collaborative and empowering - especially when working in a cartine model.
