In real accountability, there involves obviously trust, but there involves free will and a decision. If you want to be real accountability, it has to involve consequences. So then people know, I can do whatever the hell I want, but there are consequences. But ultimately it's on them every single day. They have a decision to buy in to what we're doing. We've had a lot of success for a long time agreeing back. There's been definitely years in those 18 where after you go through stretches of winning, where some of that accountability starts to lack.
