Exercise doesn't help everybody. 40 to 50 percent of people fail to improve after six months with exercise, right? What do we do with half of the population? There has to be some sort of backup on the floor. The real world that we sit in is socioeconomic deprived patients who have a subset of those patients with a surgery will get better.
