It's not even clear to me that this is legal either. Beyond the social consequences, i'm sure that if a bunch of people were harmed this way, you'd see legal action taken against the parties. Because all the mining pools are dark straightan e, individual people at the head of them that make these kind of decisions. So, ye, unfortunately, like we have seen, for example, eter mine, one of the largest pools sat now, already come out and say that they will never participate in something like this. And actually, if you ask searchers which mining fools worry them the most, or which they think are the most aggressive or willing to take kind of action
