The WGEA data for the 2021 slash 2022 reporting period showed that women received an average remuneration of $90,309 per annum. That is a difference of $25,788 a year back. Women obviously earn less because they are obviously more likely. to juggle work alongside caring responsibilities. They just have to take up the family responsibility sometimes. And it's not just men versus women from our perspective, but this is the data that we have. Any step in the right direction is a step towards equality in general.
