The Bible Knowledge Commentary on the Rapture
The first commentary I ever got when I became a Christian was written by the faculty at Dallas Theological Seminary. It says that those who do not believe the gospel before the man of sin is revealed the Antichrist and who are therefore not caught up to meet the Lord at the rapture but still live on the earth cannot be saved after the man of law, this lawlessness has been revealed. This commentator writes the powerful delusion that God will bring on these individuals in particular suggests that few, if any, then living on the earth will be save after the Rapture.
