There's this concept of a trustless legal system, so that you don't have the messiness of humans anywhere in the system. You can create structures made out of individual participants that can try to and aling incentives to get people to kind of give to give correct results. But as soon as you do that, like youror smart contract is no longer fully trustless,. Right? So i get not something that you can 100 % aghive.
