What's the Risk in Normal Populations?

The push now is to say, the earlier we can actually scan some one's brain, partically a child's brain, the better chance we have to mitigate violence. We're no longer scaning brains of people who are conal cro already designated as crimlo. We're actually thinking abotsgang. We want to know what's the risk in normal populations. I that's a huge change from,. you know, the early cond of limbroso aging, where it was abot tis, identifying crimlos and exceeding. But why do we need science to prove that? Right?
