The Value of a Super Dynamic Retail Interaction

I think the real value of this platonic ideal that I'm laying out there with like a super dynamic retail level interaction is that it gives you a way to get even deeper into the optimization task. But in all things, I just think we should be very clear about figuring out what our end goal is. There's no standard as far as I know by which utility could send a signal to a customer's device asking for a service. Home energy management systems barely exist. Devices are not set up to respond to signals. That whole layer of infrastructure doesn't really exist yet on our distribution grids. And if it did, it would be massively easier to optimize everything that we're talking about here
