I think with the particular angle I was looking at and that the state's duty to protect people from suicide the exact definition mattered much less. The slack fuzziness over the definition wasn't a major problem. And then so turning to the next chapter which is on the causes of suicide it relates to what you've just been talking about. There are different causative theories of suicide put forward, some of these relate to your arguments but can you elaborate a bit on these causal theories? Yes, so it's fascinating how through history suicide has been treated in different ways and the cause of suicide has been explained. But I think as I highlight in the book the societal forces are becoming more and more recognized
