The Importance of Time
A thing is at rest when that which is naturally adapted to be moved is not moved in that in which it possesses a natural aptitude to be moved again. There is not a first time nor a first magnitude for everything continued is divisible to infinity. A thing may always abide in something in the now and yet not be at rest in it as there is no motion in an indivisible but if all time is divisible then nothing will be first.
