What's the Best Resource for the Trans Experience?

Trans feminine people especially go through, uh, what's called the denial beard phase. A lot of trans people who go through that will just, it seems like they rubber band. They're like, hyper masculine or hyper feminine and then change back to their original gender. When you came out to your parents, were they surprised? Like, what? What were their reactions? Yeah, for me, pretty much everyone was surprised.
