Tottenham have a pathway from under 16s to our academy last year we had six under 16s go into our academy which is brilliant and that's what you want your pathway to be. We're not taking every kid out of the grassroots environment but I think at the minute we're seeing a lot of success through our pathway. There might be one or two spaces that we've got available and then there'll be positions specific so then we're getting 400 players applying for Tottenham trials. The future is looking really bright in terms of what will come out of these academy setups in the future yeah.
