Are Asian Churches a Good Place to Platform Women?

A lot of times it's a group of men deciding how to platform women, which doesn't really make sense. I think one last thing to consider is there is a context in asian churches where men are not normally platformed. And so i do think just like an open invitation, sisters, you're welcome too, that's not going to cut it.
