How Do You Get a Job?
A lot of our work recently has been working with companies, because here's the dirty little secret: If you actually build a great hiring experience, you make your products more competitive. And if you bring in great people and they prove the organization that we can produce better product, there can be more people to grow. The other thing that you need to understand is right now, we are biased towards more senior people,. So when people are hiring, they have to built an organization that can effectively absorb junior workers who are early in their career.
