Lisa: What did you do to build your public speaking skills? Josh: I love that he's followed his strengths and interests in his career. Lisa: My big thing is I'm not like, I don't like to hide behind a wall or something. We're all human. Everyone can speak in front of a crowd. You know, we're just having a conversation here basically. So that's kind of how I've looked at the public speaking and kind of grown stronger at it.
