I love that in your book, you also steer clear of recommending mindfulness and meditation. We're just thrown around everywhere nowadays. I'm not anti meditation. There's a lot of evidence that shows it's very effective for people who do it. The problem is many people don't do it. It's not the only solution. And so if it works for you, keep doing it.
