Do You Have Access to Post Conviction DNA Testing?
Rodney Reed is a black man who was sentenced to death by an all white jury for the abduction, rape and murder of Stacey Stites. The Texas court of criminal appeals stayed Reed's execution indefinitely on Wednesday. Leah Kohn: There are some key Supreme Court decisions that are relevant to this case. She says they say people should be able to access post-conviction DNA testing if it could prove their innocence.
