Eli Lake: Is there some sort of, maybe it's hard to measure, but is there a fact that it has on the faith in the institutions themselves? Well, one of the great strengths of America is that we really are a country, this ruled by law, and our courts matter, and they're not corrupted. And does something like this erode that confidence in the broader system? Yeah. I don't know about the extent to which Bobby Kennedy himself had a direct impact on the disreputative of the department because he was too aggressive against Hoffa.
