What Is It That Is Aware of My Experience?

Start by simply allowing your experience to be exactly as it is without trying to change it in any way. Be sure to include your entire experience, thoughts, memories, feelings and sensations of the body. And whatever perceptions of the world may be present,. sounds, sights, tastes, textures, smells and so on. Just allow the full range of experience to be as it is. Now ask yourself: What is it that is aware of my experience? Whatever it is that isaware of our experiences, obviously what we call I, myself. In other words, see that experience is not just a collection of thoughts, feelings, sensations, perceptions, activities, relationships and soon.
