"It was hard work, you know, like we worked hard. It was very hard to do ball going actually to go because people were bitching," he says. "A lot of customers actually got mad, but they didn't know what because in the beginning we didn't have burger buttons." 'I had to steal your inventory with your approval,' chef adds about his time working for a beef supplier who couldn't let him into their warehouse at night. "'People don't understand how hard it was' - I did not raise prices,. But yeah, I didn't even raise prices,'" he writes.
