The Importance of the Sacrament of Confession
confession is often seen as a means printively as the means to receive the Eucharist. I think it's one of those we begin to fail to see the good of the sacrament and just in and of itself as a means of perfecting ourselves, becoming perfected right and growing in the spiritual life. So frequent confession is one of those things it can help us grow in that virtue of penance which is really you know the beginning of thespiritual life.
