The Middle Class Is Evaporating
I'm at a point going out to eat. It's just, it's ridiculous. I ordered a 14 ounce rib by steak and it was $58 the other day. A year ago, that same steak was maybe like 30 or 40 bucks. And we're living in central Texas. This is like cattle, beef cattle, capital of the world. Well, actually it's not even anymore. India might actually be the world's largest beef exporter now. Now Brazil's beef industry is overtaking the US beef industry.
