The Pandemic of Unions

Unions have been ineffective, and their membership has consistently gone down across almost every western nation. The best thing that's happened to unions is the last two years when you think everyone would be sympathetic to union. They have taken a lot of abuse through the pandemic, and the best unions can do is hold it flat. And ultimately, the corporation can weit out the union, and eventually, the eventually, they almost always win.
