Is There a Ukranian Counter-Attack?

There's plenty of evidence that they needed to fight their way from wherever they were to wherever they were going, which probably included going through cities and smaller ones. So in my best guess, these so called reclaimed cities, or ones that russia didn't want, wasn't trying to hold, was just passing through.
