Outdoor Access Code

Ramblu Scotland director Brendan Paddy shares his analysis of where things are at. He says it's incredible that 20 years on, the code has been so durable. The bits where it's fraying and not so much the new things that have come along - like electric bikes or paddle boarding. We're depending a lot on people's goodwill and good behaviour to make access easy for everyone.
