The Japanese market is tapped. Pride didn't just grow in a vacuum. It was called the Kakutogi Boom. But when that balloon popped, it just never recovered. The UFC struggled at times to get the right broadcast partner. They don't really have any talent on the roster but they wanted to make a Uri Faber Nora Fumi Yamamoto fight back in the day. I was supposed to be super fight that never happened.
