I want to ask you about as a doctor, where does one get one's values from and not just as a doctor. I think in any profession, we see that there are people who are just going through the motions. There are others who have this deeper conviction that there is a greater meaning to what I am doing. You can definitely see it in medicine,. So we'll hear about how, for example, these days incentives are tailored in such a way that doctors are asking for test after test after test because they get more money.
