Maybe you can pull the managers in to this model because listen, these managers want to be remembered for how smart they are. They want their expertise brought to bear. So maybe they can play a subject matter expert role. And then when you start performing in the projects that are part of your strategy delivery team or PMO are performing really well, people are going to wonder, why did that happen?
