I'm curious how you manage a remote team. How often do you get over to Japan then or someone else on the team, maybe product managersget over to Japan? How do you make this work? And obviously, you know, I so and I have done this ourselves in various different constructs. GitHub was distributed in remote, Heroku was distributed inremote and canonical was very distributed in remote and I live in Australia when I was doing it. But it required a lot of travel and I'm curious howyou manage that.
