The Importance of Movement in Fitness

If you get someone off the couch and you get them doing something, just don't, don't hurt them. Get on an aeron bike. Go as hard as you can for 10 seconds. Tell me how you feel. There's just a better selection of things that we can do to be able to promote that same training effect. But we all, so many of us are going to that fluffy movement and they end up hurting themselves or they're not able to push at the rate that they could if they went in with more thought.
