Organizational Culture
Many times when we want to see change, for example, a lot of organizations work on improving their employee engagement. We add all these things on to what we're doing, but we're not questioning the fundamental way we approach work and we approach leadership. I think there's an analogy there we could make to organizational culture. It becomes the way we do things around here, almost like it's right just because it has history to it. The idea of taking an old way of doing something that feels natural and comfortable doesn't always mean it's good for us any more.
