How to Use Usability Testing to Help Your Teams Make Better Decisions

Sometimes I was trying to fit a research method to a problem where it wasn't 100% aligned or great, but that was because I was familiar with that research method. So what I recommend doing is if you feel as though you're wanting to try different methods, start with something less complex and work your way up. You have to build confidence in trying new things, experimenting, failing, iterating, right? so you have to build that confidence in the concept of trying new things.
