Is the Bush Administration Really Trying to Release a Lot of Detainees?
Some of the releases have been out for at most seven, eight years. A second possibility is that the bush administration really did a whole lot of bulk releases. The bomba process was different because it was individualized and they had greater access to information. Put somebody in palow, it's pretty hard to engageesit. It would take a logistical effort to leave palaw other countries.
