The striking conclusion from this report is that 2023 may finally be the year where we see a reduction in fossil fuel generation. We've had a couple of full starts, mostly due to recessions in various parts of the world or across the world. So wind and solar accounted for a rose to account for 12% of global generation last year. Just the increase in solar generation alone globally could have powered the whole of Australia last year. And then just to increase last year in wind generation could havepowered the whole of the UK.
