Sophia Vergara and Nick Lobe's Agreement on the Use of Embryos
Sophia Vergara and Nick Lobe signed an agreement that said the embryos would be destroyed in the event of their deaths. The court documents also saw Nick allege that Sophia had been physically abusive towards him on multiple occasions. On April 17, 2015, Sophia released a statement via her attorney in response to those allegations. As per people, the claims made by Nick Lobe are uncredible and hold no merit. She is content to leave the embryos frozen indefinitely as she has no desire to have children with her ex.
