How Do You Train a Leader?
Leaders say, what i know about leading you is i have to know a lot about you. I've got to get your dna on my radar screen, not according to how i think you should be led. So very simple, make your own list of what captures your heart and mind,. Just take this right off the notes. You need to go back and have some thinking time on what captures my heart and mind. Find out what captures first, and then ask that same question for other team members. And developing others is the separation between the best leaders and the lesser leaders.
