I Love the Idea of Continuous Conversations With Customers
I like the idea that we can use this and we don't have to spend two to four weeks down time to do research, but we are still doing research. I love the idea that when we're interviewing people, we're talking about real world stories. A handoff between teams increases the time to delivery by a factor of 12. It takes a 12 times longer just because it's going outside the team. We should have a team that can do all the work as much as possible themselves without a handoff. That was me. Set of patterns from a coach who's got stories about how they've used this in the real world, with real customers and had a real value.
