The Mac Pro is a $5,000 computer so even when the 2013 trashcan was years out of date and in terms of the latest and greatest from Intel the price never went down because they wanted to hold that price. I can't help but feel it that there was a fundamental flaw that led those original home pods to fail at a rate that was unacceptable to apple well except except maybe for Apple's Steve Jobs.
