Rita Crundwell - The FBI's Secret RSCDA Account

From 1990 to 2012, Rita Crundwell had stolen 53.7 million dollars from the city of Dixon by transferring city funds to a secret bank account. She would create phony invoices for a capital project and pay that invoice using a check out of the capital development fund,. Those payments would then be deposited into the secret RSCDA account which only Rita had access. Instead of paying a vendor, she was paying herself simple but effective. The FBI's winning horses, mansions, and luxury motorhome are just some of the property they found in her possession.
