Don't Overthink It

Don't just think about the people around you. Reach backward in time, as long as it actually makes sense. You don't have to know what you're going to get from them specifically. It doesn't have to be ten to 15 people. It could be 20. If you really have a lot of great people that you used to be close to that you are not any more. And i would get out a sheet of paper instead of putting it in a text edit document.
