Ten years ago, if you wanted a remote gig, they weren't going to pay you as much. I think companies now have almost realized that softwer developers were kind of idiots,. If we work at home, for whatever reason, we won't pull the plug a lot of times, right? Like, you'll get on te you work a lot harder, yet you work more hours.
